I used Chris as a trainer to assist me in developing a training program for my physical well being. I found Chris to be an accomplished and knowledgeable trainer for such a young age. He not only helped me with my physical appearance but my nutritional needs. I was surprised by his passion and focus of treating the whole person. He helped me drop three dress sizes and increased my flexibility which helped my golf game. I was able to drop 4 strokes off my average score and increase my distance by 20-30 yards.
I would recommend Chris as a trainer to anyone looking to improve their well being.

When I started working with Chris a year ago, I was overweight and had little energy. Since then, I’ve lost 30 pounds while becoming stronger and healthier. In February, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. With Chris’s help, I have been able to continue my workouts throughout my treatments which has been a huge help with my recovery. Chris is an expert trainer and has been instrumental in getting me to where I am today. I definitely could not have done it without him!!

I have worked with Chris for over 3 years. He is experienced, professional, incredibly bright, and he possesses a wealth of health and fitness knowledge. Chris evaluates each clients fitness goals and customizes an exercise plan to help his clients achieve those goals in a safe and effective manner. He is conscientious, enthusiastic, and committed to his craft. He is by far the most authentic and best trainer I have ever worked with…and I have worked with a few!
